    2. Wow, you’re coming out of the blocks runnin’, aren’t you? YOu had me at the first song. For the record, “Love Ballad” - LTD, my absolute favorite song. One of the first 8 tracks (remember those) I ever had was LTD and that song was on it. I think I still have it, too. I can see i’m gonna enjoy this one as well as the others.

    Yep, both guns are blazing, and I hope to keep up the pace. I have quite a few themes I thought about/started last year that are just itching to see the light of day. Good to hear that I hooked you with the very first tune. That’s the kind of compliment us DJs love to hear.

    OBTW, yes I do remember 8-tracks. Probably still have several dozen in my attic somewhere. {smile}

    4. Howdy, I’m fine and the Holidays were good. I haven’t really been anywhere, but I have a tendency to blow around like the wind. Strong at times, or very little. I am around though.

    Now I have to say that because of this post, I had to do some research. I did not know that Bill Withers did “Hope she’ll be happier”. I hadn’t heard that song since Sweetback’s first album. Serves me right for not looking at the liner notes more carefully. :) Great version, though.

    6. Hey Ciaran! Glad you like the “menu”. Stay tuned during the coming year for some more mixes along these same lines. Careful though, you may be living in those crates for awhile. {smile}
